Are you a Site Manager looking for work in a school environment?

It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have health & safety knowledge, problem‑solving skills and skills in maintenance and compliance.

You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:30pm.

There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the school year and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building Maintenance: Delivering timely proactive and reactive maintenance, overseeing contracts, and managing repairs.
  • Security & Health & Safety: Ensuring site security, enforcing policies, monitoring building systems, and meeting legal compliance (e.g., COSHH, fire safety).
  • Team Management: Recruiting, training, and managing support staff (caretakers, cleaners).
  • Compliance & Systems: Using management systems (like Parago) for tracking tasks and completing compliance checks.
  • Logistics: Managing site logistics, sometimes involving driving duties.
  • Safeguarding: Adhering to good safeguarding procedures at all times.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
