Qualifications

• Good experience within a manufacturing environment, ideally FMCG.
• Ability to influence decision-making and support stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrable understanding of impact on commercial decision making.

Responsibilities

• Finance business partner and advisor to the Business Unit Lead and General Manager.
• Preparation of weekly/monthly accounts, variance analysis and commentary.
• Drive performance improvements through relevant data and reporting.
• Development and maintenance of costings for all live SKUs.
• Key finance support for overhead spend approval and reporting.
