Your Role
  • As Site Financial Controller, you'll take full ownership of the site's financial management, ensuring accuracy, insight, and strategic influence across all operations.
  • Lead the delivery of accurate financial statements and consolidated UK reporting
  • Own the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning cycles
  • Partner with the Site Director and leadership team to drive strategy and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX, and IFRS/GAAP standards
  • Lead and develop a talented UK finance team across management accounting, costing, and reporting
  • Deliver monthly performance analysis, highlighting key trends, KPIs, and actionable insights
  • Provide robust financial modelling on capital investments and strategic initiatives
  • Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across finance processes
About You
  • We're looking for a qualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) who combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen and leadership flair. You will bring:
