About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Construction PM (Project Manager) to lead a nationwide programme relocating FAA tower lighting systems. Systems will be moved from inside shelters to external configurations. This role requires strong telecom infrastructure expertise, regulatory compliance experience, and proven leadership on large-scale rollout projects. The position will be based out of Beltsville, MD but will oversee construction activities nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the FAA lighting relocation project.
  • Act as the central coordination point between customers, vendors, and contractors.
  • Oversee hardware procurement, inventory, and logistics.
  • Develop and manage detailed construction schedules nationwide.
  • Ensure compliance with FAA/FCC regulations and internal standards.
  • Monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain project timelines.
  • Drive site close-out, acceptance, and documentation.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in telecom infrastructure or construction management.
  • Expertise in FAA lighting systems or shelter-based equipment relocations.
  • Strong leadership in multi-site or nationwide programmes. Prior work with FAA-licensed equipment.
  • Proven knowledge of FAA/FCC compliance requirements.
  • Excellent vendor management and communication skills.
  • Must be US-based and fully authorized to work in the United States.
