Showroom Sales Manager
  • Showroom based in Rhondda Cynon Taff, RCT.
  • Permanent
  • Full Time, 5 days per week, to include Saturdays
  • Salary £30,000 - £35,000 per Annum + OTE
  • Comprehensive benefits package including:

The Role:

As Showroom Sales Manager, you’ll work independently with a high degree of autonomy. Benefitting from a reputable brand name and a collaborative Head Office function, you’ll be afforded the creative freedom to shape the customer experience and drive business growth.

As the Showroom Manager, you will be the key decision‑maker and face of the RCT showroom. You’ll manage every aspect of its operation, from achieving ambitious sales targets to overseeing showroom presentation, stock, and day‑to‑day operations. You will also represent the company locally, embodying the brand’s values and commitment to high‑end wellness experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate and manage the showroom independently, ensuring it runs efficiently and professionally.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert advice on high‑end wellness products.
  • Drive sales and consistently meet or exceed company targets.
  • Maintain showroom presentation, stock, and product knowledge.
  • Manage operational and administrative tasks associated with the showroom.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to support marketing initiatives and promotions.
