Responsibilities

As a Showroom Manager based in Worcester (WR3 8UA) you will be responsible for:

• Running the day to day operations of the showroom embedded within the branch
• Utilising design tools to provide an end-to-end design and delivery service for bathroom customers
• Driving sales and service within the showroom
• Identify and develop initiatives to meet the needs of customers
• Striving to enhance the showroom experience and exceed customer expectations through delivering outstanding customer service.
