A leading global cruise line in Southampton is seeking an Administration Assistant (part-time, 30.5 hours/week) to support HR processes. Responsibilities include managing occupational health records and coordinating wellbeing events. The ideal candidate has strong Microsoft Office skills and previous HR experience. The position offers hybrid working options and various employee perks including discounts and learning opportunities.
Working as part of a resource pool to undertake administration tasks across all employment lifecycle processes, from recruitment administration, occupational health and employee relations support through to managing leavers. Following laid down processes to a high standard you will be able to deliver all tasks to a very high accuracy standard, adhere to principles of confidentiality and deliver within agreed SLA’s in equal measure.
This role is positioned at CUK13 level within our organisation and is available on a part-time 30.5 hours per week, 6-month fixed term contract. We offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
