As the Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the shop, prioritize customer service, handle donations, and ensure the shop is welcoming. The role involves manual handling.

You will also recruit and manage volunteers who assist with donations and customer service, and establish links with local businesses, Salvation Army Corps, and community members to foster donations and volunteer support.
