Shop / Café Supervisor

Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, South Street, Oxfordshire, OX12 9RG

£12.40 per hour

Permanent 32hrs per week

Shift pattern between (8 hrs shift working 4 days out of 7 days)

You'll help us make health happen by:

Being proactive and customer-focused Shop/Café Supervisor, to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional service standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
  • Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily takings, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Support promotional activities and contribute to sales growth.
  • Barista training or experience in coffee preparation.
  • Food Safety Level 2 certification.
