Shop Assistant

Hours: 22.5 hours per week (part time)

Location: Princes Risborough Shop, HP27 0AN

Salary: £23,810 per annum (pro rata)

Closing date: 5 December 2025 at 12 noon

Interview date: 15 December 2025 via MS Teams

The purpose of this role is to ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience and to engage and lead shop volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently operating the shop and all its resources in accordance with the guidance and instruction provided by senior management.
• Maximising sales and profitability of the shop.
• Engaging and motivating the team of shop volunteers.
• Providing and inspiring excellence in customer care.
• Overseeing the daily running of the shop on the Manager’s days off.
• Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting the specialist care we provide.

Qualifications
