Shipping Warehouse Supervisor

Be at the center of the action in a fast-moving shipping operation! In this hands-on role, you’ll use a Warehouse Management System to keep orders accurate and on track—picking, packing, labeling, and shipping products that keep the business moving. You’ll balance inventory through cycle counts, solve discrepancies, operate warehouse equipment, and work side-by-side with a collaborative team, all while maintaining a clean, safe environment and following clear, well-defined SOPs.

Compensation

$50-60K DOE

What You’ll Be Doing

• Use WMS to track orders, generate picklists, and maintain accurate records
• Pick, scan, pack, label, and stage outgoing orders for shipment
• Log incoming/outgoing shipments and keep real-time shipment visibility
• Perform cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and document daily moves
• Shrink wrap pallets manually and with a pallet wrap machine; secure orders properly
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and perform basic equipment safety checks
• Maintain a clean, organized, compliant, and safe warehouse environment
