Candidates should be fluent in English and French, with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. Shipboard experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as Maître D or Restaurant Manager.
• Shipboard experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid STCW certificates and Pre-Employment Medical needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all restaurant outlets ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Manage staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Handle inventory and budget for the restaurant department.
