A global adhesives company is seeking a Shift Team Leader to oversee production operations and manage a team of up to 20 operators. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, a strong command of communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include ensuring production efficiency, promoting a safe work environment, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the shift. The Shift Team Leader reports to the Extrusion Manager and oversees all operational activities during their shift. This role ensures production efficiency, team productivity, and compliance with company procedures, health and safety standards, and quality expectations.
