Shift Supervisor / Duty Manager

All Bar One is through Airport Security offering a stylish place to eat at drink all day. We are a high volume, fast paced business doing a wide range of Food, Wines, Beers, Cocktails & Coffee's.

We are currently offering a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Shift Supervisor at All Bar One, Edinburgh Airport. The Shift Supervisor role is vital in the overall success of the front of house team. We are looking for a Shift Supervisor who will be as passionate about delivering a great guest experience as we are, as well as leading a team by working on the front line with a hands on approach.

Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of 40+ during busy services to deliver exceptional Standards
  • Achieving sales and Guest Review targets
  • Training and development of the team
  • Cocktail & Coffee making
  • Stock control
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
  • Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations at all times
What we look for
  • At least 1+ years’ experience in a customer service management role (high volume preferred).
  • Taking PRIDE in maintaining highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Great team-player, able to lead from the front line.
  • Enjoys and wants to be an active member of a team.
  • To work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Engage with the wider front of house team.

Pay: £12.71 - £15.00+ per hour. (Advertised payrate is inclusive of service charge and tips).

Opening hours: 4am - 10pm. Shift patterns are 3:30am-12pm & 12pm-10pm, so please check travel arrangement prior to applying.

Due to Airport Security reasons, a full 5 year background check will be carried out and a Clean Criminal Record is essential.

A Passport or UK Driver’s Licence (Full or Provisional) is essential for this role.
