Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production / packing operative role (Desirable).
• Operator asset care / maintenance (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Operating production machines to deliver production targets.
• Compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Responding pro-actively to hour-by-hour variances.
• Supporting the area SQDC process.
• Assisting with training new operatives.

Able to remain focused in a busy and demanding environment

Good communication skills

Basic Numeracy and Literacy

Strong computer competence

Analytical thinker / problem solving skills

Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team

Mechanical aptitude

Display drive / quality focus

Ability to undertake further development training

Possess a Fork Lift Truck drivers license
