2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe is looking to recruit an experienced and dynamic Shift Manager to support our operations management team within out Fresh Portions department.
Reporting directly to the Factory Manager, you will support with ensuring the smooth running of operations across a busy fresh meat production facility. As one of two Shift Managers you will have 5 direct reports (First Line Managers), 13 indirect reports (Team Leaders) along with production staff.
You will take ownership of production line output across various lines in the cutting operation, ensuring each line operates efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance.

It’s essential that you have experience in an FMCG/Food Manufacturing environment along with demonstrable experience of leading and motivating a team.
You will hold, IOSH Managing Safety Certification and level 3 food safety.
