Job Duties
  • Ensure compliance with health regulations, wage laws, ADA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Adhere to and enforce all Firehouse Subs® policies and procedures.
  • Operate shifts within guidelines for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities, and sales growth.
  • Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of superior guest service, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing operation plans and company initiatives.
  • Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
  • Ensure accurate completion of required programs, reports, and legal documents on schedule.
  • Participate in Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
  • Represent Firehouse Subs® professionally and positively at all times.
  • Communicate effectively to the GM/Owner any issues that may impact business.
  • Work up to 10 hours on feet and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.
