A leading industrial services business is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to lead their night shift operation. They are looking for a strong, driven individual who can take an objective and run with it.

The Role Shift Manager

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of up to 40 people, including 2 Team Leaders, ensuring smooth operations throughout the night shift. This is hands‑on leadership where you’ll be :

• Leading and developing your team through hiring, training, performance management, and creating a culture of excellence
• Driving performance against clear KPIs around safety, productivity, quality, and attendance
• Managing the operation to ensure delivery targets are met on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
• Championing continuous improvement
• Taking ownership
