This role involves a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern and requires strong experience in electrical installation and fault-finding. Qualifications

• Proven experience in both mechanical and electrical trades.
• Completion of an engineering apprenticeship with indentures is highly desirable.
• Strong skills in electrical installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns to minimise production downtime.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
• Work collaboratively with the opposite shift engineer.

Skills

Mechanical and electrical experience

Electrical installation and maintenance

Mechanical fabrication and maintenance

Electronic fault-finding skills

Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics

Excellent communication skills in English

Education

Recognised qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering
