Sheet Metal Worker – Exciting Career Opportunity!
Pay: £15–£18 per hour (DOE)
Hours: Monday-Thursday 08:00–16:30 | Friday 08:00–15:30
Location: Wythall, Worcestershire

Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-quality ventilation systems, acoustic products, louvres, and grilles, is on the hunt for an Experienced Sheet Metal Worker. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Fabricating galvanised and stainless steel components to perfection
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings with confidence
  • Producing accurate cutting lists and working to exact specifications
  • Operating guillotines, brake presses, and plasma cutting machinery
  • Bending, shaping, and finishing metal to a flawless standard
  • Supporting new product development and continuous improvement projects
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven sheet metal fabrication experience (essential!)
  • Confidence reading technical drawings
  • Incredible attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive, organised, and reliable attitude
  • Knowledge of mechanical/manufacturing processes is a bonus
