A leading construction firm in the UK is looking for an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join their Shropshire contract. This role requires operational experience on construction sites and the ability to ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will spearhead the SHE strategy and maintain relevant ISO accreditations. Compensation includes a salary between £37,000 - £47,000 per year, alongside a car allowance and private healthcare.
We're looking for an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join our Shropshire contract, based in Longden Road, Shrewsbury. This role spans the entire county, with time spent across three depots; your primary base will be Longdon Road in Shrewsbury. You will be a strong leader with excellent communication skills and extensive operational experience within highways, utilities, or construction.
As part of our team, you'll support the delivery of comprehensive highway infrastructure maintenance for Local Authority and National Highways clients.

Permanent Fulltime 40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
£37,000 - £47,000 per year + £5.9k annual car allowance + private healthcare + benefits.

As a SHE Advisor, you'll ensure a consistent approach to safety, health, and environmental standards across Shropshire. Working closely with local teams and supply chain partners, you'll drive the implementation of the SHE strategy and guarantee full compliance with legal requirements, client expectations, and Kier Group's Safety, Health & Environmental Management System (SHEMS).
