Position Overview

Your role is that of Account Manager. In this role you will report directly to the Regional Vice President for the UK and Ireland, with additional responsibilities to the VP International Sales.
Set the goals and objectives of the agreed customer base and Territory. Measure progress and implement necessary changes. Adhere to Corporate policy. Travel within the assigned Territory to meet with customers and assess business opportunities and conditions.
Develop customer relations through regular contact with customers and prompt courteous responses to all inquiries via phone, email or letter.
Full understanding of product lines and the application that each product serves. Monitor sales performance and assist customers in promoting sales.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders; maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills. Communicate competitive conditions and programmes.
Entertain clients as needed with lunches, dinners or industry events. Analyze and control expenditure to conform to budgetary requirements.
Must be dependable, self-motivated and maintain a good attendance record.
Must have a valid Driving License
Must have a valid passport
Maintain a professional dress code.
Living in or familiar with London N, NW
Must be able to operate standard office equipment, including but not limited to a personal computer, tablet and mobile phone.
Be aware of and abide by the laws of the United Kingdom and any other countries visited on company business. Use caution when lifting samples to prevent pulling/straining a back muscle. Use all equipment as directed by the manufacturer. Abide by all Corporate Safety Rules & Regulations.
