Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in the field of contraception and sexual health.
• Experience in mentoring/supporting learners/NVQ assessor.
• Experience of working with young people with a good understanding of Fraser guidelines and safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Supervise junior staff in the delivery of care.
• Perform venepuncture as required.
• Assist with the multi-disciplinary care and treatment of HIV patients.
• Take a detailed sexual history and discuss partner notification.
• Give advice on contraceptive options and perform pregnancy tests.
