Job summary

A leading education provider is seeking a Sessional Learning Support Practitioner (LSP) to support students and staff at Coventry College. Qualifications

Overview

Job Title: Sessional Learning Support Practitioner (LSP)

Location: Coventry College

Contract Type: Casual

Salary: £15.10 (including hourly rate and holiday pay)

Working Hours: Between 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday

We are looking for a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a key business support role. You will play an important part in helping the College run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the overall learner and staff experience. Whether supporting students, staff, systems, or services, you’ll bring a positive approach and a strong focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking college where your skills and contribution are truly valued. This post is casual with flexible hours available immediately. Nice-to-Have
  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in literacy and numeracy, or equivalent
  • Level 3 qualification or equivalent
  • Evidence of relevant continuous professional development one or more in the following areas: Disability, Learning difficulties, ASD, Dyslexia, Sensory impairment, Challenging behaviour, Emotional behavioural activities, Mental health and Personal care
  • Working with people with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, or other support needs
  • Experience of working with people with ASD or ADHD, communication difficulties, mental health difficulties
