We’re looking for a driven Marketing executive focusing on Services & Engagement to take ownership of how our services are positioned, promoted, and grown across our North region dental laboratories.

This is a hands-on, commercial role — ideal for someone who enjoys building strategy and executing it, working closely with operations, lab leaders, and senior management to drive revenue, engagement, and brand presence.

💼 The Role – What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll lead regional marketing and services activity, ensuring our labs are visible, competitive, and fully leveraging their service offering.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Owning and delivering the regional marketing strategy for the North
  • Promoting lab services, products, and capabilities to existing and new customers
  • Supporting service launches, campaigns, and growth initiatives
  • Working closely with Operations Managers and Lab Managers to align marketing with capacity and commercial priorities
  • Managing content across digital channels, social media, campaigns, and materials
  • Supporting dentist engagement through events, communications, and promotional activity
  • Tracking performance, engagement, and ROI of marketing activity
  • Ensuring brand consistency while allowing for local market relevance

This role bridges marketing, services, and commercial delivery — it’s about results, not just output.
