Qualifications

  • Must be above the school-leaver age in the UK.
  • At least 18 years old if shifts cover hours earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm.
  • Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Serve and support customers on checkouts and self-service tills.
  • Select quality products for customers using On-demand grocery service.
  • Assist customers with Click & Collect parcels.
  • Handle complaints, refunds, shelf tickets, and advertising.
  • Work flexibly across the store.

Responsibilities
  • Always being on hand to serve and support customers on our checkouts, self‑service tills, and kiosks or even our petrol stations, supporting with any questions and proactively offering help
  • Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On‑demand grocery ordering service and assisting customers with Click & Collect parcels.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations
  • Dealing with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising
  • Working flexibly across the store as needed

Requirements

You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country.

If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6 am or later than 11 pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.
