Overview

What you’ll be doing:

• Serving and supporting customers at checkouts, self-service tills, kiosks and petrol stations; answering questions and proactively offering help
• Picking and selecting high-quality products for customers using On-demand grocery ordering and assisting with Click & Collect parcels
• Building strong knowledge of products, services and promotions to provide recommendations
• Handling complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising
• Working flexibly across the store as needed
