We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Technical Architect to provide technical leadership, architectural guidance and governance across Methods’ ServiceNow practice. This role is central to ensuring the design and delivery of high‑quality, scalable and secure ServiceNow solutions that align with customer objectives and Methods delivery standards.
The Technical Architect will act as a source of technical escalation for developers, provide oversight across projects, contribute to bids and presales activities, and play a key role in shaping and maintaining platform governance and technical excellence within the practice.
This position suits an experienced ServiceNow professional with strong development and architecture expertise, a strategic mindset and a commitment to continual improvement and mentoring others.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications
This role will require you to have or be willing to go through Security Clearance. As part of the onboarding process candidates will be asked to complete a Baseline Personnel Security Standard; details of the evidence required to apply may be found on the government website. If you are unable to meet this and any associated criteria then your employment may be delayed or rejected. Details of this will be discussed with you at interview.
