Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow technical expertise in TSOM development and implementation projects.
• Proven experience in ServiceNow ITSM and other modules such as TSOM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM.
• Technical authority on ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and implement CMDB and Discovery.
• Serve as a technical authority on ServiceNow architecture.

ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer)
