As a Chiller and AC Service Technician, you’ll be a key player in delivering technical support and top‑tier customer service. Your day‑to‑day role as a mobile service technician will include travelling to different client locations. You will be responsible for scheduled maintenance activities and repair work on various Water Chillers, AC and other HVAC equipment installed at our clients’ facilities. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical service issues within a set timeframe and according to a defined process, service agreement and customer needs. Part of this role will be providing full documentation in line with our reporting process that clearly states your findings and requirements. A proactive and future‑thinking mind‑set should enable you to make recommendations to the client regarding the efficient operation and continued care of the asset to maximise its life cycle.
