Requirements / Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2-3 or an equivalent qualification
  • Experience in tyre fitting, as well as brake, cam belt, clutch, and exhaust fitting
  • A full, valid UK Driving Licence
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Previous experience in a professional workshop environment
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a busy team in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to continuous learning and development
  • The ability to take initiative and responsibility for the quality of your work
Responsibilities
  • Ensuring all work carried out on vehicles is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Conducting fast-fit tyre fitting, using alignment equipment, and interpreting results to make appropriate adjustments
  • Fitting brakes, exhausts, and other mechanical components
  • Working safely at all times and complying with health & safety regulations
  • Following company procedures for vehicle inspection processes
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures
  • Advising customers and/or management of any additional faults identified on vehicles
