Service Technician

Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Service Technician to join a leading welfare unit provider business who are going to be based in Bordon. This is a full‑time permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of the generator and electrical system
  • Servicing, maintenance, and repair of the running and towing gear
  • Electrical testing of the unit and appliances
  • Attend scheduled and reactive maintenance calls
  • Ensure that all paperwork/system reports are fully completed
  • Adhere to customer site rules and regulations
  • Follow company policy and procedures for Health & Safety, security and accident prevention at all times
  • General depot duties when required, including cleaning and delivering/collecting units
Requirements
  • Proven experience of servicing, maintaining and repairing welfare units and generators
  • Clean driving licence
  • Experience in towing is advantageous
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication skills
Role Details
  • Monday to Friday, 6.30am – 4.30pm
  • Starting salary of £29,174 per year
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Working in Farnborough for the first three months
