Responsibilities

• Perform calibration and testing on instrumentation.
• Assemble instrumentation and test.
• Ensure all instruments are identified correctly.
• Carry out tagging as required.
• Engage with the Service team to provide proactive support.
• Ensure all service works are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• Produce, maintain and be responsible for log books content.
• Understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately.
• Assist warehouse activities during busy periods.
• Understand and comply with policies and procedures.
• Carry out work safely and diligently.

Job description

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Service Technician for one of our clients based in Glasgow (Kinning Park) area. This is a long-term entry level temporary position with immediate start available after successful interview.

Working days/Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm. Friday 8am to 3.30pm (35h a week)

Pay rate: £12.60ph

Responsibilities

• To perform calibration and testing on instrumentation.
• To assemble instrumentation and test.
• To ensure all instruments are identified correctly.
• To carry out tagging as required.
• To engage with the Service team to provide proactive support.
• To ensure all service works are dealt with promptly and efficiently.
• To produce, maintain and be responsible for content, accuracy and sign off of log books.
• To understand and complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time.
• To assist warehouse activities during busy periods.
• To understand and comply with policies and procedures.
• To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner.
