Do you have experience working in a busy sales support role? If so, we have a great opportunity for you here to join a company who are a leading one-stop solution for diesel generator hire, service and parts in the UK on a 12 month contract.

They have been on an impressive growth journey over the years, starting from a small yard in 1963, to now operating out of five locations across the country, including the UK’s largest purpose-built generator depot, with a fleet of over 2,500 generators and the UK’s largest generator transport fleet of over 50 vehicles.

They are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Support Coordinator. You will play a key role in maintaining service contract renewals, managing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments to deliver exceptional service experiences.

Sales & Contract Management
  • Prepare and issue quotations for service contracts.
  • Track and chase service contract renewals.
  • Renew customer service contracts and update associated documentation.
  • Set up new service contract numbers and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Produce and maintain renewal and service due reports.
Customer Service & Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a key point of contract for service‑related queries.
  • Respond promptly to web and email queries.
  • Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve invoice or account‑related issues.
Administration & Coordination
  • Manage and maintain pre‑qualification documentation, certifications and tenders.
  • Process job sheet requests and raise service work orders.
  • Monitor the Service Due Tracker weekly and ensure timely scheduling.
  • Review SLAs and prepare documentation for management approval.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to manage invoicing, credit notes and aged debt.
  • Ensure all purchase orders (POs) and contracts are verified and logged accurately.

Previous experience in a busy sales servicing/support role is required to be considered for this role. You will also need to possess strong organisational, communication and multitasking skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary on offer is £27k‑£30k, with genuine opportunities for career progression available. Ongoing training and development will also be provided, and flexible working arrangements are offered. Benefits include a company pension scheme and health and wellbeing initiatives.
