They are now recruiting an experienced

Service Manager

to lead three well-established Supported Living services in Wembley. All services are located on the same street and each has a dedicated Deputy Manager, making this a fantastic opportunity to provide cohesive, impactful leadership.

What Youll Do

Lead and manage three Supported Living services in close proximity

Support and supervise Deputy Managers and front-line staff

Ensure exceptional, person-centred care tailored to individual needs

Promote independence and quality of life for the people supported

Oversee staff performance, training, and development

Work collaboratively with the Operations Lead to enhance service quality

Respond calmly, confidently, and professionally to challenging behaviour

What We're Looking For
Essential :
  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years experience managing a supported living or residential service
  • At least 2 years supporting individuals with Autism
  • Strong experience managing behaviours that challenge
  • Manual UK Driving Licence (required for occasional vehicle use)
Desirable :
  • Degree in Psychology or a related field
