Service Manager (Engineering) – £40,000 - £45,000 + Private Healthcare + 25 Days Holiday

Are you a Service Manager looking to make your mark within a close-knit and family-feel division of a large international company, with plenty of autonomy and flexibility to implement your ideas and oversee the service function within the UK?

Are you looking for a career offering a wealth of responsibilities, with new challenges every day and full product training to become the go-to technical expert in a long-standing and profitable business?

In this office-based role you will be the first point of contact to manage 4 service engineers across the UK, whilst negotiating and handling service contracts within the NHS. With ongoing product training and bespoke electromechanical equipment, you will become an expert in a niche and growing field.

This company manufacture, service, and maintain a range of commercial catering equipment and are a subsidiary of a global conglomerate which operate in almost every continent. They pride themselves on extremely high staff retention due to valuing their employees and continuously developing them.

This role would suit a Service Manager from any background looking to play a large part in the future success of a recognised company, with lots of scope to truly mould the role into their own.

The Role
  • Managing 4 Service Engineers across the UK and giving technical advice
  • Sorting and selecting spare parts within the office
  • Full internal product training and electromechanical catering equipment
  • Liaising with Sales, Engineering, Customer Service and the European Head Office
  • Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 4pm on Friday
