Salary

Salary: £45,000pa basic, OTE £68,000 plus the opportunity to earn a stretch bonus of £12,000pa

Overview

Following the opening of our new state of the art facility in Northampton we are looking to appoint an experienced Service Manager to lead a broad Service and Workshop team.

With the ongoing development and growth aspirations of the business we are looking for someone with a proven track record in managing workflow, customer experience along with staff retention and development. This person would have the opportunity of managing all matters retail and warranty for BMW and MINI represented by Wollaston and INEOS and CHERY represented by our sister company Adventure Automotive.

Capable of creating a winning mentality within a very large team, interpersonal skills will be critical in ensuring that our first-class facility is matched with a first-class experience for our customers and team members alike.

A can do, positive attitude a must along with great attention to detail will be essential for the successful candidate and in return the opportunity to join a privately owned company with a fabulous culture at its heart. Following the re-opening of our Bedford Road facility in late November we can also offer one of the newest and most exciting retail environments in the industry.
