• Strong leadership abilities needed for managing a team of circa 14 people.
• Must have experience in achieving targets related to sales, profit, and customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of compliance with company policies and procedures is essential.

Responsibilities the Service Manager include

• Managing a team of circa 14 people including fitters and drivers
• Lead the team to deliver high standards across the depot.
• Achieve targets on sales, profit, stock management and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company systems policies and procedures
• Develop relationships with key customers, ensuring high service delivery standards
• Champion Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards.

To be successful in this Service Manager role you will have

• Strong team leadership and coaching skills

• Experience with profit and loss.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Relevant experience in pumps, compressors, generators, and / or the construction industry.
• Proven experience in a managerial role within a similar sector.
