• Deliver excellent customer service.

About the Role

TSM Technical is recruiting on behalf of a leading UK manufacturer and service provider of automatic pedestrian door systems and aluminium shopfronts. Due to continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced Automatic Door Service Engineer to join their expanding team in the Leicestershire / Midlands region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out service, maintenance, and repairs on automatic door systems
• Responding to reactive call-outs, scheduled servicing, and planned maintenance
• Assisting with installation projects when required
• Liaising with the office for scheduling and completing digital job reports
• Delivering excellent customer service while working independently or within a team

What We’re Looking For
