The Role

No two days will be the same. One day you could be adjusting bi-folds or sealing a conservatory roof, and the next you'll be making a customer's day by fixing a long-standing issue on the spot. You'll bring your technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and pride in doing a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues within the product warranty period
• Carry out installations and repairs to conservatories, windows, and doors
• Fit sealed units, replacement sashes and door slabs, hinges, handles, and more
• Identify and repair roof leaks, adjustments, and other remedial work

About You

Experience in window, door, and conservatory installation or service engineering

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Practical, flexible, and proactive approach with great common sense
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organisational and planning skills
• Confident communicator who can think on their feet and delight customers
