The Role

We are looking for an In-House Service Engineer to join an established after‑sales service team based on‑site in Didcot. This is a fully in‑house position focused on the diagnosis, repair, and testing of electronic products returned from customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electronic products in an in‑house workshop
  • Fault‑find down to board and component level
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics and technical documentation
  • Carry out functional testing and quality checks post‑repair
  • Accurately log faults, repairs, and parts used
  • Work closely with the wider after‑sales and technical teams
The Candidate
  • Background in electronics or electrical engineering
  • Strong fault‑finding and diagnostic capability
  • Comfortable working to board and component level
  • Able to read and understand electronic schematics
  • Relevant qualifications are beneficial but not essential
  • Hands‑on, methodical, and detail‑oriented approach
