A leading facilities management company is seeking a Scheduler to manage the scheduling of maintenance work for engineering teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong IT skills and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks under pressure while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. This role involves coordinating internal engineers and subcontractors, making it essential to have experience in service delivery and problem-solving using technology.
We are looking for a personable, creative Scheduler to manage the overall activity of the static engineering teams and the jobs. The ideal candidate will be scheduling maintenance works in for engineers to attend and complete within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
Using the latest scheduling software, manage the delivery of jobs allocated to the engineering delivery. The Scheduler will utilise systems and processes, ensuring that the correct engineering resources are deployed to achieve first time fixes for customers. This will range from using internal national engineers to subcontractors as appropriate, with the aim of ensuring that the job is attended within the specified SLAs.
In addition to this, you will also manage the completion of the job as well as ensuring that all parts and materials are accounted for, required documentation is completed, and any incomplete jobs are followed up and reallocated as appropriate.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working within a service delivery or contact centre and demonstrate a creative approach to analysing and solving problems using technology and reported information.
You should possess strong IT skills and the ability to work effectively when under pressure within a busy and diverse environment.
