• Set up hardware for new starters.
• Manage incident and request tickets.
• Documentation of IT processes.
• Conduct new starter inductions.

I am currently seeking a Service Desk Analyst to be based fully on-site in the Cheltenham area. The right Service Desk Analyst will be part of a small IT team and will have skills in 1st/2nd line IT Support.
