A leading disability charity in Bromley is seeking a Service Delivery Leader to provide support to staff and develop systems for high-quality care. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care and have experience working with young adults with disabilities. This role offers a competitive salary of £15.75 per hour and various employee benefits including generous annual leave and training opportunities.

As a Service Delivery Lead it will be your role to provide support to the staff and people supported. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes, to ensure we are able to provide the highest quality of care and support.
You will also be required to work with the relevant governing bodies on new business opportunities for the service.
We are looking for a candidate who holds their CQC registration and their Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or are willing to work towards this qualification.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday, from 8 : 30 to 16 : 30, with Bank Holidays off.
We are a day centre that supports young adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to learn and develop life-skills and build confidence.
