Responsibilities
  • Partner with the best: The Service Delivery Coordinator - Upper Completions role manages the coordination of job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes each job in line with customer expectations and contract Terms and Conditions.
  • Contribute by conducting all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
  • Ensure the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalised upon.
  • Schedule and dispatch resources in line with job requirements.
  • Act as the in-house contact for client job preparation, execution and close out, managing the relationship to ensure business success for Baker Hughes.
  • Familiarise yourself with the client’s process for MOC/escalation and follow the proper process when there is risk of not achieving client objectives.
  • Coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in Manage the Job Cycle across organisational boundaries.
  • Escalate issues impacting service delivery; ensure invoices align with contracts/quotes, minimise revenue leakage and support timely cash collection.
  • Protect the Health and Safety of our personnel and the environment.
Qualifications
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar or have significant relevant hands-on Upper Completions experience.
  • Have significant experience within Upper Completions.
  • Have proven experience within Service Delivery or Coordination in Upper Completions.
  • Have previous offshore experience in Upper Completions.
  • Be an experienced problem solver with a methodical approach to solving complex customer issues.
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
