A local charity supporting homeless individuals seeks a Service Coordinator to provide compassionate support for adults facing challenges like homelessness and mental health issues. The role includes developing tailored support plans and coordinating with multi-agency teams. Candidates should have experience in similar environments and possess strong communication and organizational skills. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are required. This is a Permanent, Salaried vacancy that will close in 22 days at 23:59 BST.
As a Service Coordinator you’ll support customers who have complex needs and/or are experiencing multiple disadvantage including: substance use, mental health, offending and rough sleeping/homelessness. You’ll coordinate their access to a wide range of services and lead on the design and delivery of a service coordination plan alongside the customer and other essential agencies.
