Overview

The Role — As our Service Coordinator, you will be the linchpin of our busy field service team—ensuring that jobs are scheduled efficiently, clients are kept well-informed, and our field technicians have the support they need to deliver top-tier service. Your role will involve a combination of scheduling, job tracking, communication with clients and technicians, and assisting in administrative tasks related to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule service jobs for our electrical technicians
  • Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries and job requests
  • Allocate resources and manage job priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Liaise with site staff, project managers, and suppliers as needed
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry in our job management and reporting systems
  • Support the preparation of quotes, invoices, and service reports
  • Monitor and update job progress, compliance documents, and safety checklists
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in a similar Service Coordinator, Scheduler, or Operations Support role
  • Previous experience in the electrical or building services industry (desirable)
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Adherence to strict health and safety protocols
  • Proficiency with job management systems and Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce, simPRO, ServiceM8, Dynamics365 or similar is advantageous
  • A proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
