Job Description

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. You will primarily work night shifts but may also cover other shifts occasionally. We value flexible working arrangements that fit your lifestyle. Late and weekend work are part of the role, and flexibility with work patterns may be required.

As a service colleague, you will support the smooth operation of our stores across various departments. Your tasks may include serving customers at checkouts, cleaning shelves, handling stock deliveries, or replenishing products. Providing excellent customer service, maintaining welcoming stores, and promoting our 'extra special' products are key priorities. We work as a team to maximize sales and enhance the online shopping experience.
