As the first point of contact for technical support, you’ll be at the heart of our service desk – resolving issues, fulfilling requests, and driving service improvements. You’ll work closely with ICT colleagues to analyse performance, optimise service delivery, and champion a customer‑first approach.
As a Service Analyst in our Service Delivery team, you’ll play a key role in supporting the staff of Rutland County Council, providing IT solutions and introducing new technologies. Duties will also include:
