At HUC, we provide Dental services, NHS 111 and Out of Hours GP services to 4.5 million people across Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, West Essex, and the Southwest -- including Somerset.

We're looking for people with transferrable skills to help patients get the care they need, exactly when they need it.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound dental calls promptly, accurately, & professionally.
  • Providing high‑quality advice & guidance in line with training & performance standards.
  • Supporting the Team Manager to maintain efficiency & achieve key performance targets.
  • Taking part in regular call audits to ensure service quality.

Our service runs 8am-10pm, 7 days a week, with rota patterns agreed within these hours.
